To Go Beyond

Monika Immrová is a sculptor and a draftsman. Her exhibition in Bamberg will center on a bust that has never been exhibited before. She considers the silhouette of the head particularly well-suited for a dialogue with Bamberg’s large number of statues and busts in public spaces.

The artist’s works are highly regarded and widely exhibited in the Czech Republic; her body of work appears monolithic and cosmopolitan in its purist formal vocabulary. We will present the exhibition from February 2 to March 7, 2027. At the opening, visitors will have the opportunity to speak with the artist over a glass of water or wine.
