Sie erwarb ihren Bachelor of Fine Arts und MFA in Kunst, Design und Architektur an der Bilkent-Universität in Ankara. Özmenoğlu war Gastkünstlerin an Institutionen wie dem Kala Art Institute (Berkeley), der Ateliergemeinschaft Milchhof (Berlin), dem Frans Maserell Centrum (Belgien), Kulturkontakt Austria (Wien) und Glasstress (Murano, Venedig). Ihre Ausstellung „Oblici Ljubavi \u002F Forms of Love“ wurde 2024 im Gradski Muzej Krizevci in Kroatien gezeigt.\u003C\u002Fp>\r\n\u003Cp>Ihr Werk umfasst ortsspezifische Installationen, bei denen Siebdrucke auf Glas, Neonröhren, Leuchten und Post-it-Zettel zu dreidimensionalen, architektonischen Formen kombiniert werden. Özmenoğlus Kunst ist Teil bedeutender Sammlungen, darunter die Hort Collection (NYC), die Frankfurt Airport Collection, Borusan Contemporary und das Istanbul Modern Museum.\u003C\u002Fp>\r\n\u003Cp>Die Künstlerin wurde auf Vorschlag der Kuratoriumsmitglieder des Villa Concordia-Kunststipendiums Walter Storms, Galerist, sowie Katharina Vossenkuhl, Direktorin Sammlung Götz, vom bayerischen Staatsminister Markus Blume mit dem Aufenthaltsstipendium im Künstlerhaus Bamberg ausgezeichnet. Dort arbeitet sie im Zeitraum von Mitte April 2025 bis Mitte März 2026.\u003C\u002Fp>\r\n\u003Cp>Eine Einzelausstellung mit Werken von Ardan Özmenoğlu in der Villa Concordia wurde am 24. September 2025 eröffnet und konnte täglich bis 26.
