Iris ter Schiphorst is one of the most important composers of contemporary music in Europe. Her 70th birthday in 2026 will mark the occasion for a concert series that will be performed in a special format at the very location where she worked as a recipient of the Villa Concordia Fellowship in 2015/16. Look forward to a concert with the Zafraan Ensemble at the Baroque Künstlerhaus next to the river Regnitz in Bamberg: zafraanensemble.com/en!

Wolke Verlag has released a print publication accompanied by QR-codes linking to audio recordings: wolke-verlag.de. Dirk von Lowtzow, frontman of the band Tocotronic, is also involved in the project: kiwi-verlag.de/autor.

Admission is free, but unfortunately the building is not wheelchair accessible. You’re warmly welcome!
